I also helped other moderators catch people who've cheated in the past in Annex and I feel that I can bring a level-headed, un-biased moderator to the Annex community![/b] [b]Additional Information: I work in real life in an emergency room and I am extremely capable of handling issues between people and assist in disciplining and moderating the members of the server. I am normally awake all night since I work night shift, so when I am not working, I can be here moderating![/b] Scenarios: [b][i] Q: What do you do if somebody is prop-surfing, but then gets 'RDM'D' and makes a report? [/i] A: Inform the person prop surfing that the rules state they can be killed as it is "open season" on prop surfers. [i]Q: If somebody is claiming that they were shot from someone and they shoot the first person they see and kill them. What would you do if the victim (rdm'd person) makes a report?[/i] A:  I would follow with the report and make sure that a slay is given since there is no concrete proof of the person shooting. If it is only the two people left or only two in the area such as a small room, then it's obviously the second person. [i]Q: How would you handle someone joining the server and spamming their mic with music? [/i] A:  I would gag them and tell them they cannot do that with their mic. I would consider ungagging to see if they will follow the rules... if not, then they will be removed from the server. Q: How would you handle somebody who is making jokes/bullying about another player online? A: I would tell them that bullying is not accepted anywhere and I would, depending on how severe the bullying was, gag them or remove them.[/b]

+1 only issue with this is the micspam question. It's a gag for 5 mins, then 10 if continued. After that it's a 1 day ban.
