Why should we accept you: Overall, I'm a great communicator. I'll be able to calmly and collectively diffuse a situation if need be, e.g. if someone is blasting their mic. I'm easy going and enjoy welcoming new people to the server.
Additional Information: I have nunchuck skills, bowhunting skills, computer-hacking skills, no biggie :)
Scenario 1: In this situation, I would calmly and kindly explain to the reporter in question that prop-surfing, as stated in the rules when one joins the server, is in-fact against the rules. Doing this with the right attitude from my part will ensure the individual will continue to come to the server without feeling bitter or angry in any sort of way.
Scenario 2: In all sincerity, I'm not too sure. However, in this case, I would ask for help from the other moderators to see how they handle the situation. By doing so, I'll be able to grasp the correct way to approach future cases if need be.
Scenario 3: I would kindly ask the individual in question to please refrain from blasting their mic. If the refuse, I'll use the "gag" option and then "ungag" them after a short while. If they continue to do this, however, I'll be forced to ban them for at least 1-2 days, depending on the severity of the case.
Scenario 4: As the this scenario is quite delicate in nature, I would profess that jokes are, of course, alright, but stress that bullying is just overall not okay and against the overall standard of not being a jerk. If it gets to the point where I would have to ban them, however, I'll be more than willing to do so.
