[b]Why should we accept you:[/b] I have about 6 years total between my communities of staffing. I've been management for about 5 of them. I've helped develop for about 3 years as well. I'm always the person that will help anyone who needs it, whether that is staff, members, or a normal user just joining. I help out anyone I can, but also love to learn new things and will never turn anyone away without trying to see their side of things. I also am really bad at talking about myself, so don't expect me to talk about me, which is why this question is so hard. I have the leadership, the communication, the will to learn, as well as the knowledge of staffing a GMOD server.  [b]Additional Information:[/b] Currently been helping Will with some dev side things, trying to help anyway I can. :) [size=120][b]Scenarios:[/b][/size] [b] Q: What do you do if somebody is prop-surfing, but then gets 'RDM'D' and makes a report? [/b] A: I would refer them to the rules, that state you may prop surf, but you are fair game to be murdered for it. [b]Q: If somebody is claiming that they were shot from someone and they shoot the first person they see and kill them. What would you do if the victim (rdm'd person) makes a report?[/b] A: Unless you know the name of who shot you, you shouldn't just murder anyone that you see. IF you have the latest Damage logs, you can view the death scene from your side, and try to piece together what happened. Take both sides, along with the action logs from the shots and the chat or voice chat if you can remember, and decide from there how to go about the punishment. [b]Q: How would you handle someone joining the server and spamming their mic with music?[/b]  A: I'd gag them and ask them to please stop as it breaks up communitcations with the game. If they keep abusing it, I'd leave them gagged for the round, and then ungag. If they are still doing it, most likely give them either a warn or a kick, and go from there if further punishment needs to happen. [b]Q: How would you handle somebody who is making jokes/bullying about another player online?[/b] A: Calmly talk with the person who is making the jokes and ask them to stop. Especially if the other player is requesting them to stop. If they don't, punishment will be handed out as bullying isn't allowed on this community.

She's always been super helpful, she's a completely awesome person who can handle stuff really well, and she completely knows the rules and has not broken them. I don't disagree with any of what you've all said. I have about 8.2 hours as of right now, and I haven't been able to play lately due to my work schedule which is a 12 hour shift. And by the time I'm off, it's 6am :( But I'm perfectly fine with leaving this open til I reach 15 hours if that would make people feel okay and not some random person getting staff quick.
