[i]Q: If somebody is claiming that they were shot from someone and they shoot the first person they see and kill them. What would you do if the victim (rdm'd person) makes a report?[/i] A: I'd check damage logs to see if the person killed was actually the one shot or not and then if they were not the person that shot I would slay the "rdmer." It would be hard to tell if the person who was shot was in a position where they could accurately and legitimately tell who the person was who was killing them or if they were just spurging out after they were shot, so I'd just use the damage logs for my verdict unless it was overly obvious they were just making a guess that turned out to be right.  [i]Q: How would you handle someone joining the server and spamming their mic with music? [/i] A: I'd warn them to turn off their music and if they didn't I would gag them for a period of time, or if it was especially ear piercing I might gag them first to spare the server and then tell them not to mic spam after they have been muted.  Q: How would you handle somebody who is making jokes/bullying about another player online? A: Firstly I would ask the "bully" to stop and if they persisted a gag/mute which could lead to a kick or if it was particularly serious I'd try to bring it up to a higher ranking staff member. [/b]
