But despite that, from what I have personally witnessed, you don't seem like you're quite ready or responsible enough for a staff position. I also completely agree with Faction, I definitely think you need to give it a bit more time to get to know the community and staff members alike. What Lily mentioned certainly raises a few red flags as well, some of which cannot be ignored.[/size]
